As an approved Training Centre delivering Highfield Qualifications, we deliver nationally recognised qualifications in health and social care, including areas such as safeguarding, behaviour support, and leadership in children’s residential settings. Our in house training provision means we can ensure all learning is tailored to the real life demands of working with vulnerable children, in line with current best practice and regulatory expectations.
From day one, every team member receives a robust induction grounded in the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, alongside Alpine4Care’s own ethos of relational and restorative care. We continue that journey through:
- Ongoing CPDfocused on trauma informed care, child development, and effective key working
